Not sure...but I thought I heard someone say we might not be becoming a Chapter.

Honestly I was playing a game at the time and might have easily misheard this but I was wondering if anyone new more about this?

So in conclusion, I am either insane or generally only vaguely aware of my surroundings.

You heard right though, we won't becoming a Chapter. It really doesn't offer us anything that we haven't created for ourselves already. Basically, the whole Chapter program was put into place to help groups establish an internet presence when they were unable to do so themselves. Obviously, with the blog and our new forums, we have no such issue. You all are lucky to have such a wonderful leader such as myself who is well-versed in the ways of technology.
