The Battle Barn

So I am kind of proud of this list...its probably the most simple list I have ever made (save for 5 Tervigons and 90 gants) but I decided to make a shooty Tyranid list.




It's fairly simple...but here's what you have. Reliable long ranged TL S9 blasts on the Harpies which are also winged MCs. The 3 squads of 2 Zoans are sure to ruin somebody's day with the 2 available firing modes. And then once vehicles are open...Biovores...S4 AP4 large blast pinning barrages which place spore mines on the board if they happen to miss. Then the list retains solidarity with 2 Tervigons and 60 gants. Tervigons have both Catalyst and Onslaught (lets you run and shoot in the same turn)

I might start building this list for tournaments...tournaments because it's an easy list to play, its faster to play, and it looks all around fairly solid.

It does seem pretty solid. I like the harpies. I'm surprised they don't seem to make it into more nid lists. The zoeys are going to be unreliable, but should compensate by drawng tons of fire away from the rest of the army.

Overall I like it quite a bit!

Zoeys got the short ranged AT going for them. And unlike "melta suicide squads" they are quite resilient while giving synapse to everything else.

And yes...tons of fire.

The thing is that nobody likes using a single T5 MC...you have to take multiple and there is no model in the first place. I just convert tyrants because I had 6 tyrants.
