I know we all love terrain and would love to see more of it at the barn. So I'll just throw some suggestions out there as to future purchases for the group.

Imperial Strongpoint
http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat390003&prodId=prod40002a

For $90.00 this is a great deal on terrain. Personally I was very content with the money I spent on this product even though it only sees some use. With the Escalation League over I do believe we will see more games of Planet Strike being played. Especially in the campaign. Side note: If purchased I highly recommend not gluing the weapons or communications towers down to the bastions or bases. This is just to allow players a little more customization.

Imperial Sector

Another great $90.00 deal. I managed to make 5 buildings out of this kit and still have spare bits. We all love terrain and especially city terrain from what I've noticed. The more the better in my opinion.

Honored Imperium
http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catal ... rod630018a

We've all seen the pictures and we all want it. I'm getting two sets so we might be okay for now. But an extra one never hurts.

Battlescape
http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catal ... prod50016a

I don't know how this is made so I am not sure of its quality. Looks neat and there are enough marine players at The Barn that having some wrecked rhinos is okay.

Battlefield Accessories
http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catal ... rod1095504

It is cheap in price and most of those things can be used for objective or stratagem markers. One or two sets would be enough for all of the tables at the Barn (I think).

That is five suggestions on possible terrain to get. I know we need to get dues from everyone first and that energy bills are a priority, but these are some longer term goals that might be considered in terms of making The Barn a much cooler place in terms of what is available to put on the tables.

I so wanted to field a Witch Hunter's army. However, after reading the Codex and see that even the FAQ is from 2004, I understood it would be difficult to resolve the issues between the old Codex and the modern rules. My poor Codex sits on my table unused and untested in battle. It will probably stay that way until the new Codex is released, which rumors say will be by the end of the year. Except then, they will probably remove the stuff like allies that make them special.

Did you post this in the wrong area? Your post doesn't really seem to make sense considering we're talking about terrain for the barn here. :D

Just got the email from GW about the Honored Imperium...those statues are cool...but they make me want to have like a dozen of them to make a battlefield look really cool...like a giant ancient memorial hall...or graveyard.

I am more than willing to help paint/construct terrain when we start getting to that.

http://store.miniwargaming.com/product/ ... -wire.html

That's over 29 feet of wire (supposedly)... for $11.62 That's roughly 3.5 to 4 feet per board. I am seriously considering it for myself.
