Just thought I might give it a brief intro for those who haven't seen or heard of it yet.
In Space Hulk you play as a squad of Space Marine Terminators against a horde of genestealers.
You take turns moving around the board/derelict space ship...the Space Marines have different objectives based upon the mission...the genestealers pretty much have to kill the Marines.
Cool things about Marines:you get:-sergeant with power sword
-sergeant with thunderhammer
-6 normal terminators
-heavy flamer guy
-assault cannon guy
-lightning claw guy
-librarian with cool psychic powers (and they're all sweet models)
-lots and lots of genestealers
-a broodlord
space marines have the ability to:-guard hallways with an
overwatch-accidentally
jam their bolters
-protect their comrades by
guarding against attacks
genestealers can:-hide their broodlord
-move about the ship as
blips that don't let you know how many there are in certain areas
-keep coming on the board whereas space marines are gone if they die
Generally the gameplay is really cool based upon what you have to do , but be forewarned, the game can be quite a struggle if both players know what they're doing. It's much more straining to think through everything in this game than normal 40k.
Kyle and Jeremy both own this game...so if your interested ask one of them and I think they might be willing to bring it to the barn.
