So I have been doing some thinking about making the collection and payment of dues easier for both myself as well as all of you and wanted to get everyone's ideas and feedback

My goal is to make the collection and payment of dues less painful

I am curious what thoughts ideas each of you had to make the process easier.

Make a signed sheet. Name, amount paid, date paid, attendee signature, "officer" signature. Pay when you walk in the door. Make a new sheet each month.

Great question, we do dues a couple of different different ways

1) $5 per month
2) $2 per night

In case you are curious dues go to cover a wide range of things including heat in the winter, terrain, new tables, and playability improvements.
