The Battle Barn

So here is a list I'm thinking of running. I've been reading up on Siege and his tactics, and I really like the way he seems to play. Just picked up the model so want to put him to use.

Obviously a very shooty list, which normally I'd think of bringing Kara Sloan. Siege has a cool feat though that can really let some damage punch through. The defender marshalled to the gun mage UA gets special abilities on each of it's shots, particularaly +4 range, giving it a 20" shot, or 25" if it moves. That's a big threat range. The rangers help to guide shots in on specific targets, but I'm not sure if they are the way to go. Swapping them out for a unit of Stormblades might give me a little melee punch for when thing's start to close in on my lines.

It looks very squishy and full of speed bumps.

Next gaming night I should have 35pts and my Shredder's will be hungry. FEAST!

The biggest problem I see with this list is the lack of melee ability so that when the fight comes to you, and it will, you have nothing to stop it. I would seriously consider dropping the Rangers and adding in some Swordknights.
