This list shows some of the problems Eldar have at higher points levels. In the 1000pt list you posted you have 5 AV12 hulls which are gonna be a pita for opponents to deal with. But in this list with 1000pts more you only gain 3 additional hulls, meanwhile opponents will have a ton more str7-8+ weaponry to deal with those hulls. And the extra numbers you have in infantry is almost meaningless in terms of survivability.
