Just a note for those interested in participating in Fantasy Ard Boys this year. I have been talking with Bob at Cobblestone Hobbies in Holland, and he is willing to sponsor and host the tournament. He has 8 total available spots for it, but I dont think there is that many players in the area. So consider this the sign up thread and let me know if you want to play. If it fills up before you can sign up, put your name down anyways because I will be keeping a waiting list. So if someone drops you may get a phone call.

Throw a post on the 40kfightclub boards. You might get a few more people from lansing to come out and play. Or call the store in Muskegon. I think they have a decent fantasy population.

Yes, Grandiosity does have quite a few fantasy players. They are planning a Rogue Traders tournament, but I do not believe they are doing 'Ard Boyz fantasy.

Also if I manage to get these dwarves before the tournament date, then scott would have more than enough warmachines to win... I mean, Models, to play in the tournament. Also, its a free tournament, no money, and if we all meet up somewhere, we can probably all fit in two vehicles. So should I count you and scott in?

Ok, Bob at cobblestone is all signed up and ready to host it. Problem is, we need 8 people to play the tournament in order for GW to count the results. So if I can count on Kyle, Ash, and Scott, and can get Kevin to play too, Ill only need one more person. So ask around and see if someone you know wants to play.

I can do it only if I can borrow some models from Kyle... and I need to know of there is any costs... PLUS I'd need permission to paint the models and I dont know If I'm free that day I just got hired in and they have put me on 2nd so it is up in the air if I can attend, I wont know until Friday if I will be able to go. but, if I can, and I'm allowed to borrow the models, I'm definately game. as for Scott, I don't know.

Ok, some more news. I talked to Bob, and he had a couple guys stop in that were interested in playing. I explained our situation to him, with 4 of us going to a funeral, hes calling his GW rep, and seeing if theyll let us have it next Saturday. Ill let everyone know as soon as I hear back from Bob.
