You guys have any noteworthy units that you've either converted or scratch built?

I've done some minor conversions. Most of my Tau pieces are trivial reposing of battlesuit limbs(left-handed stealth suits, kneeling broadsides, etc). but I've gotten a little more creative with my Daemons. I have two Heralds of Tzeentch on chariots, one based on an Fantasy orc boar chariot (with the orcs pulling it), and one from a tomb kings chariot and tyranid gargoyle wings. My favorite is a soul grinder with an extra arm claw where one of the front legs is supposed to be. It also has half of a space marine in each of the two claws!

My favorite two converted units are my Emperors Champion and scratch built chaplain.
