blood angels stromraven & vanguard vets

when a stormraven uses its skies of blood rule it says it moves flat out, units can deploy as if the were deep striking. it also says that said unit cannot assault if the deploy this way.
question: if vanguard vets disembark via skies of blood out of a stormraven could they use their heroic intervention rule to still assault?

Vanguard need jump packs to use heroic intervention...you can't put them with jump packs in a storm raven...unless i am mistaken

jump pack troops count as 2 models and its capacity is 12. sorry bout the confusion, i forgot to say they had jump packs.

Then I would say that those 6 guys can...remember that they also can't take an IC if they want to use heroic intervention...takes the oomph out of them...which is why i think they allowed it.

Note:I am looking at Codex Marine writing of Heroic Intervention and am assuming it is the same.

yes sir you are correct, i dont think i would do it. i was just wondering what others thought.
