Simply put... Do you count the vehicles individually or is the whole Squadron worth only 1 Annihilation point? I looked in INAT 3.3 and they had nothing. Looking in the rules they mix up the term squadron and unit several times for vehicles and say they follow most unit rules. Vehicles can not separate from a Squadron, just like a unit, so I am starting to think it might be just one point. If that is the case I think I hate IG even more.

I think you are referring to Kill Points rather than Annihilation point. In that case, you are correct a squadron is worth only 1 kill point. While obviously comprised of multiple vehicles, they operate as 1 single unit, and thust must all be destroyed to give up a kill point. Marines can do it as well with land speeders, as well as orks with warbuggies. Obviously, a squadron of front armor 14 tanks is more of a pain to take out. Just remember though, vehicles in a squadron count all immobilized results as wrecks, so it's a little easier at least to take them out.

Always makes me happy when I immobilize a vehicle and it becomes destroyed...like...aha!...I stopped you from moving!...now you can't fire?...hmm...DON'T QUESTION IT!

One thing I always forget is that Stunned results are only shaken, so a squadron is never prevented from moving... Normally. What happens if you hit a vehicle in a squadron with an Ork Grabbing Klaw. It does not say the vehicle is immobilized or stunned, it just says they vehicle can not move that turn. Does that mean the vehicle is destroyed or just that the squadron is forced to maintain unit coherency of 4" with the non-moving vehicle? INAT had nothing dealing with this.

It is what it is. It stops the vehicle from moving, and the rest of the unit must remain in coherency. Nothing is destroyed or anything.

That is what I figured, but seeing how the Vehicle Squadron rules seemed so arbitrary about being able to move I was not sure.
