Is there anywhere on the web where is a 40K dictionary of terms, names, etc. and an explanation of that term, name, etc.? What I am looking for is a listing of terms like "AA", "Twin-linked", etc and what they are and/or rules definitions. Iwas going to start collating one, but thought that I would first see if any other enterprising soul has already done it.

You can try http://wh40k.lexicanum.com for quite a bit of background and fluff information.

As for rules, there really isn't one that I know of. You basically just learn what all the terms mean as you read and understand the rules.
