So it looks as though I will not have to work this Saturday so I am planning on heading out to Flint to check this out. Was wondering if anyone else would be interested in coming along?

I went out tho this yesterday. I did ok, going 2-1 and had a great time. I also picked up the prize for best painted army! There will be a bigger tournament break down on my blog when I get some time to do so (either later today or tomorrow at the latest)

One of these days I want to actually head up there and play in one of these. Hopefully i'll have a fully assembled army before too much longer.

As long as I don't have to work I plan on going next month as well. I would be more than happy to have some company on the almost two hour long drive.

Were there painting requirements? Or just WYSIWYG?

Just WYSIWYG, with a separate prize for best painted.

Do they have when the next tournament is posted? I wouldn't mind heading out for one if there's no painting..

I think they do on their calendar, but I do know that it's the 3rd Saturday of every month. It's a regularly scheduled thing. I just only recently found out about it. I just checked and its the 18th of next month.

Here's their site http://www.thegamerssanctuary.com/
